We begin our morning in the historic village of Quidi Vidi, right in the heart of St. John's. When we've all gathered we'll head up onto one of this cities most scenic coastal hikes, The Sugarloaf Trail part of the larger East Coast Trail Association
Along the way Alexandra will be sharing with you the wild edible plants that has found themselves shaping our food and now onto the plates of our finest restaurants. Her experience travelling the world and cooking her way around it, gives your time together a very unique inside experience to how todays chefs are showcasing the abundance of the land.
With an appetite worked up we we'll stop and enjoy a bit of lunch a top the hills with some breathtaking views before making our way down to experiment with some of the wild ingredients you picked.
